What Radcut Is and why It's dIfferent
Radcut is a patented easy to use and fully adjustable system which enables compatible plunge routers, routers and jigsaws to quickly cut circles and radii to a desired radius. The system is basically a giant compass for compatible power tools and was created by tradespeople for tradespeople to offer practical important features other radius guides lack.
Measurements can quickly and easily be set or altered simply using a combination square (not included), while for its pivot point, Radcut can either be screwed through its pivot point hole directly to your sheet material, or our floating pivot FP1 (included) removes the need to puncture a work surface to create a pivot point anchor and does not require a vacuum set up.
Radcut features a built-in measurement system which measures outwards from the centre (zero) point, while automatically factoring in your cutter’s diameter. The measurement system also allows for setting to cut an internal or external radius. Also included are parts RTE-A and RTE-B which, used with a suitable timber extension and fixings (not included), significantly increase Radcut's radius capabilities beyond its 500mm radius track.

Who may use radcut?
Competent professional users and experienced adult DIY users. Inexperienced adults only under the direct supervision of a competent, experienced adult.
What tools are compatIble?
Quickest set up: Compatible handheld plunge routers or router trimmers with plunge bases (Radcut includes 8mm diameter trammel rods).
Alternative set up: Compatible fixed-base routers, router trimmers or handheld jigsaws (the system includes a jigsaw adapter for jigsaws with an appropriate guide slot). Note a different approach is employed for safe use of fixed-base tools – as explained in our instruction manual.
Regardless of tool type, all tools used with Radcut must do so by employing the use of their existing factory guide interfaces.
Radcut is not for use with circular saws, angle grinders, drills, fixed machines or other tool types beyond what is explicitly and specifically mentioned in our instruction manual as being intended for use with Radcut.

Radcut has no universal maximum radius. Use only a configuration that remains rigid, stable, fully supported and controllable throughout the complete intended sweep. Do not use the configuration if any part bends, twists, sags, strains, drags or becomes difficult to control. Cutter, blade and clearance limits depend on the connected tool, accessory and Radcut configuration.
*Minimum radius depends on the chosen setup, the type and size of cutter, and whether an internal or external cut is being performed.
